The Brief
Our client, was planning to purchase a new home but first needed a short-term rental before the search was get underway.
The brief was specific:
- Freestanding home
- Three bedrooms
- Two bathrooms
- One to two car spaces
- Dedicated study or work-from-home space
- Six-month lease in either Crows Nest or Naremburn
With a demanding work schedule, the client needed someone to manage the search and inspections on his behalf.
Our Approach
We inspected a selection of suitable rental properties across Crows Nest and Naremburn, providing detailed feedback, videos and recommendations after each inspection.
Rather than simply applying for every available property, we focused on homes that would provide the right balance of lifestyle, practicality and flexibility while the client searched for his permanent home. Once the preferred property was identified, we worked directly with the leasing agent to secure favourable lease terms and ensure the application was prioritised.
