Dan is born and bred in Sydney and has an intimate knowledge of the Sydney market. Before starting in real estate, he’d already demonstrated his tremendous drive for results, making significant achievements as a junior tennis player.
At age 15, Dan left the comforts of home and his school, St Ignatius College Riverview, to pursue a professional tennis career at the prestigious IMG Academy in Florida, USA. The honing grounds for Andre Agassi and Maria Sharapova. He spent over 12 years pursuing his passion and was ranked internationally in Juniors and nationally within the top 100 in Australia.
After graduating with a Diploma of Journalism and Bachelor of Business Finance, Dan discovered his passion as a real estate buyer. Now with 7 years experience as a Buyers Agent he has helped over 150 clients purchase in Inner West, Upper/Lower North Shore, Hills, Northern Beaches, City Fringe, Eastern Suburbs demonstrating his vast reach in the Sydney market.
Today, Dan and his team at Grantham Buyers Agents specialise in working with high net worth individuals, developers and expats purchase property from $525,000 up to $37.5m across broader Sydney.
