Situation

The expat client is based overseas in Hong Kong and looking for an apartment that he could live in for the short term while his family relocated to Sydney. Access to transport, amenities and local schooling was important to the client so that his son’s could get to schools and university. This client was looking to use a reliable and highly reputable buyers agent in order to gain access to off-market properties, as he wanted to fly into Sydney before he executed the purchase so finding an off-market property was essential.

After a short 6 week search in the Epping & Chatswood area, we found an exceptional 2 bedroom apartment that was set in the prestigious Langston building in Epping. The property had only been owned for 12 months and was located 200 meters from the train station. We were able to purchase the property off-market, after getting our client exclusive access he flew in 48 hours later to secure the property.
