After an 8-week search across the Lower North Shore we purchased a 2 bedroom apartment that ticked all of the clients boxes. Narrowing the search throughout the search allowed us to focus on key areas of interest and discount buildings that didn’t have a clean building history. We felt it was an opportunity to purchase before Australia Day with less competition since most buyers will be back into property mode as we head into February.
