An expat client based in Singapore wanted to purchase an investment property that their son could live in while finishing university. They were looking for a low-rise block, with a north aspect, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the dream was two parking spots. Ideally anywhere from St Leonards to Gordon so that it was close by to public transport and ease of access into the city/university.

Within 3 weeks of engagement, we sourced a property off-market that ticked the boxes. It met the low-rise block and apartment requirements it was also located on a quiet street and had an oversized north-facing floorplan. After undertaking our due diligence, we tailored a negotiation strategy for the client to secure the property in an off-market environment. Once we agreed on a strategy, we were able to secure the property the same day we submitted an offer.
