Our repeat developer client needed access to off-market duplex and knockdown/rebuild sites with delayed settlement for his next project. It had to be located in Lower Northern Beaches within walking distance of major shops, and local schools and on a family-friendly street. The specifications were flat block, north to rear, over 800sqm and the ability to build via CDC process.

After searching for only 2 weeks we purchased two houses side by side that are north to rear. It provides our client with a wide array of opportunities and can build new homes or duplexes on the site. Throughout the process, we were given exclusive access to the property and negotiated with the vendor and agent directly against 0 competition.
