Situation

First Home buyer client based in the Eastern Suburbs that was looking for a 2 bedroom apartment within close proximity to local shops, transport and the city. His preferred style was Art Deco with ornate features and he wanted to be situated in a low rise block. Buying highly renowned buildings that would appreciate in value was important to the client. He wanted low strata rates and a building with little history of building works. This client was looking to use a reliable and highly reputable buyers agent.

Outcome

After a short dual approach search in both the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, we found a well appointed two bedroom apartment in Edgecliff. It was within short walking distance of Rushcutters Bay, Edgecliff Station and local shops. The property was located on the ground floor which suited the client and had ample space for a separate study or occupant if he wanted. We were able to purchase the property pre-auction for under the client’s budget.
