An expat client based overseas in Korea looking for an apartment that she could live in with her children in the coming years but that would also serve as a suitable investment in the short term. Buying highly renowned buildings that would appreciate in value was important to the client. She wanted a pool, gym and community facilities along with high-reputation builders. Access to transport, amenities and local schooling was important to the client so that his children could get to schools and university.

Outcome

After an extensive 8 week search in the Chatswood area we found an exceptional 2 bedroom apartment that was set in the prestigious Epica building in Chatswood built by Mirvac. The property was over 100 sqm internally, had north north-facing balcony and was located a short distance to transport, amenities that Chatswood has to offer. We were able to purchase the property off-market, and after getting our client exclusive access we were the only buyers who saw the property.
