Situation

Couple looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment in the Lower North Shore that

would suit a wheelchair bound person. Accessibility and size were the most important

features for them so throughout the search we were focused on the liveability. After a

patient search we found an 131 sqm, 2 bedroom apartment that had lift access from the

carpark. This client was looking to use a reliable and highly reputable buyers agent.

Outcome

We inspected the apartment on the Saturday which the client immediately knew was

right for them. We then tailored a negotiation strategy based on the significant interest

in the property, my client’s ability to offer short settlement and using a deadline. The

result was we secured it before the next open home much to the frustration of other

interested buyers.
