Young Family looking for their first home in the Inner West. Access to local schools, shops, schools and transport was important to the client. They wanted to buy in time for the new school year so purchasing in a short timeline would mean they are all settled. They engaged in our reliable buyers agent services after being recommended by her accountant, in order to help them find the right property.

After a short 2 week search we found a two bedroom apartment that was set short walk to local cafes, shops and the train station. It’s in a boutique block of only 9 dwellings with downstairs laundry access and a secure lockup garage making it the perfect property. We were able to get exclusive access to the property off-market due to our extensive agent relationships. Our client was in the unique position to negotiate with the vendor and agent directly avoiding all competition. Ultimately we secured the property below the asking price and within our client’s budget
